We have just finished up our kidding season. Our last doe Koza 008 gave us two vigorous buck kids early this morning and all are doing well. We have had a total of 35 kids out of 17 does giving us a 206% kidding rate!

So far we have had 3 does kid and we have 4 doe kids and one buck!

Our kidding season just started yesterday with our doe, 918 Juniper, giving birth to two beautiful doelings. She is a good mother with excellent protective instincts. We can't wait for more does to kid!

We have finnished breeding for the fall. We have 18 does due to kid out the second week in February! It is going to be cold!

We have finnished kidding. We have a total of 25 kids out of 12 does, over a 200% kidding percentage!

More kids! So far eight of our does have kidded and we have 17 healthy kids, with an 9:8 male to female ratio.

We have kids! Our first does kidded today (602, 703, and 816) and we have 7 kids at the barn!

We had our practical on Monday, and wrapped up the semester. We wanted to thank you all for a great Fall! We hope that everyone decides to join us for kids in the Spring. Good luck on finals!

Sweatshirt order forms are in and we should be getting them by the last day of classes so you will hopefully be able to pick them up during finals week!

We recently finished fall 2009 breeding. Last Monday we did ultrasounds. Our first doe appears to be due around February 11th, so everyone is preparing their thermal sleeping bags. :-)
